God I wish AF would just show up already! I am craving everything! I just kept eating cheese today hoping it would go away. This is the most calories, fat and carbs I've had since I had surgery!

2 oz imitation crab meat, 3/4 tbsp light mayo, 3/4 tbsp light cottage

S: 8 wheat thins, 1 wedge of Brie cheese, 1 wedge of light french onion

D: 1 oz imitation crab meat, 1/4 c light cottage cheese, 1/4 cup mashed potatoes
S: 1 SF Bomb Pop

Pre-breakfast - 4 oz espresso w/4 oz NF milk and SF caramel syrup
Breakfast - 55-g protein shake
Snack - 6 oz LF yogurt
Lunch - 3 oz tuna w/ 2 tsp LF mayo
Snack - 4 oz NF cottage cheese
Dinner - 1 oz chicken, 1/2 oz NF mozzarella, 1 tbs LF ricotta on 1/8 whole wheat tortilla
Snack - 2 oz Laughing Cow LF French Onion cheese on 4 whole wheat crackers
Thanks to Buffy about the Laughing Cow cheese -it is YUMMY and finially got me to 800 calories as the nutritionist advised!
A day late, but what the heck...it'll be short :p
Breakfast: 1/4 cup Egg Beaters and 1/4 cup fat free cottage cheese (soon I'll just be calling this "my usual")
Snack: Protein drink
Lunch: 1oz baked flounder and about 8 brocolli florets. Note to self, never eat brocolli again unless it's boiled to mush.
That was all she wrote. Thanks to that stupid brocolli and stupid Donna who couldn't eat slow, nothing else stayed down the rest of the day.
