I slept in late so didn't get started until mid afternoon on food. I'm short on my protein but its late so its going to have to do for today!

My breakfasts are going to be an egg beaters variation about 9 times out of 10, occasionally switching out for cottage cheese pancakes. I can't go with cereal and put all those extra carbs in me!
Breakfast: 1/4 cup egg beaters, 1/4 cup fat free cottage cheese, 1 oz chopped up imitation crab.
Snack: Protein shake
Lunch: Oven roasted turkey slice wrapped around light string cheese x 2
Snack: 1/2 cup fat free cottage cheese
Dinner: 2oz baked flounder, 3 brocolli florets, 1 slice of yellow squash (Red Lobster leftovers!)

I'm on vacation so eating is out of whack:
B: Starbucks latte with soy milk and sf vanilla
L: 3 thin shaved slices deli ham (2 cheese fries - bad judi)
D: 5 ****tail shrimp
s: Achiev One protein drink
s: 4 gen soy barbecue crisps (tried, didn't like, oh well had some protein)
got my water in barely, but lifted 2 babies who weighed much more than 10 lbs (I had open), hope I don't get a hernia, one was getting ready to run into a wall, I had to!
