What did you eat 7/28/07
I enjoy eating again now that I know how to avoid the foamies!
B-protein shake: 1 scoop protein powder vanilla flavored (27 grams protein per scoop)
put in blender with 1/2 cup skim milk, 4 ice cubes, and 1/2 organic banana. Mix in blender and yummy high protein breakfast!
S 5 almonds
L- 6 small bites of Quiche Lorraine (from friends plate at Mimi's resturante)
S- SF jello
D- about 3oz of red snapper: prepared on George Foreman grill: put fillet in foil, I used spray on butter and garlic powder to baste, along with a little Ms. Dash seasoning. WRap in foil, cook on grill for 10 mins. It was super! Also ate 3 small bites of mashed potatoes.
S- SF popsicle (will eat later tonight)
