Pizza
I have not tried pizza yet. My dr. still has me on soft foods for another week or so. But-- I wanted to ask if anyone has tried the low-carb pizza with the zucchini crust? I used to make it on Atkins and even my kids liked it. The crust is made with shredded zucchini, beaten eggs and cheese. It is really good, and it's not that bad for you, just depends on what you top it with. I can give the recipe if anyone is interested.--It's on my menu for next week!
