Ok so I go back to work on Monday and I don't know what to bring for lunch and snacks. I did buy tons of little containers and stuff. What if something doesn't sit well and I get sick at work? EKKK Does anyone have some meal/snack ideas for me? and don't even get me started on clothes. I don't know what fits anymore!!!

I'm going back on Monday also. I've been working 4 hour days at home for 2 weeks, but now that I'm allowed to carry my computer bag...guess I have to go back. I know I have two outfits that fit good, but I've been wearing shorts at home while I've been off and haven't even thought about work clothes to wear. Hmmmm...guess I'll have to go through my closet today and try on clothes. *S* As for foods, I've decided that I'm not going to try any new foods at work. If they've worked for me, those are what I'll be bringing. Now just to remember to prepare the night before to make things easier in the morning. Hmmmm. Have a GREAT day back at work on Monday! Pam

DO NOT TRY any new foods at work. Take it from me...it was a mistake. I've been back at work for 3 weeks now. I keep with me at work: protein powder (for one serving of a protein drink), 1 pre-made protein drink, 1 sugar free jello, 3 oz of imitation crab, 1 cheese stick. These are all there for me just in case I start feeling hungry or feel like my blood sugar is dropping. I get to go home at lunch, so don't worry about really eating lunch at work. But if I did, there are some great lentil soups out there. I do take a yogurt with me every morning and usually eat it around 10:00 a.m. Whatever you bring with you, make it light and easy, something you know has treated you well in the past.

I'm going back to work Monday myself, and I didn't have a clue what to bring either. Thanks for the suggestions, it looks like lots of us are benefitting from them! Donna

I only took 6 days off. I was working 6-7 hours for the first 3 weeks and now i've been working 8 or more hours since last monday. Here's what I bring with me to work... Lunch meat (i like either roast beef or turkey thinly sliced from the deli). and a little cheese. I keep a baggy of ritz crackers in my desk for emergencies and usually bring a popsicle for a mid afternoon snack.
