What did you eat 7/27/07
I felt like snacking all day. I think AF is due anyday and I just had bad urges so I tried to pick healthy things to snack on.

D. went out to dinner at a little taqueria... i ordered 2 soft tacos with just meat i had half of the meat from each (a little chicken & a little beef). It was pretty good!
I feel like I'm having some bad days. Just don't feel like anything I eat is okay. Maybe I'm trying too much new stuff and I better knock it off. Just bored with the same old stuff everyday. Anyone tried grilled cheese yet? I heard 1/2 sandwich might be okay.

4 mini pizzas (1 ritz, 1 turkey pepperoni, mozz cheese)
roast beef (1/2 oz...that didn't stay put)

Today was the first day I didn't make my protein requirement, I had a lousy time after lunch today
Breakfast: 2 cottage cheese pancakes
Snack: 1/4 cup fat free cottage cheese
Lunch: 2 oz baked lemon piccata tilapia
After the last bite of tilapia, it must've gotten stuck. I started drinking water an hour after lunch and it went down fine. Then my snack of a protein shake backed up after 2 sips and I've been throwing up ever since. Blech, I hate this.
