What vitamins are you all taking? Here's what I take: BariatricAdvantage's chewable multivitamin in Orange Flavor (kinda gritty, but not too bad tasting!) BariatricAdvantage's chewable iron in passion fruit flavor (one of the better tasting chewables) TwinLabs Calcium Citrate Wafers in Citrus flavor (Yummy! but they're big and you have to take 4 of them - I didn't like the calcium citrate from Bariatric Advantage...) Sublingial B12 (I've just been getting it from wherever, it's pretty inexpensive at Trader Joes). that's about it for me!

I take: 2 flinstone chewables 18 mg iron 1000 mg b-12 sublinqil 200 mg biotin 1000 mg calcuim I also have been using Nioxin shampoo and conditioner for my hair. I am parinoid about it falling out. I have thin hair anyway, so my hairdresser recommended it along with the biotin. I just went and got my hair cut, and she said it is thicker than it has ever been before. Cool Beans!

I've used Nioxin before because I like the way it makes my scalp feel... But I have extremely thick hair... I've actually been semi-hoping i'd lose some of it...

Pam - I do the same except no extra iron. I started the biotin and Nioxin a couple of months before surgery - same paranoia. I also use a spray root volumizer (Graham Webb Thick Infusion). Another month or so should tell us whether we escaped the hair problem!

2 Flintstones and 2 Tums per the doctor. I also have the Bariatric Vitamins but would have to take 4 of them. I like the Flintstones better.

I take Building Blocks, 2 chewable multivitamins, 4 chewable calcium and 1 non chewable iron a day. I heard there's a new bariatric vitamin out at Walgreens that I'm going to go check out tomorrow though.
