What did you eat 7/26/07
Same thing as every work day:
Pre-breakfast - espresso with NF milk
Breakfast - 55-g protein drink
S - Cottage cheese
Lunch - turkey and NF yogurt
S - LF string cheese
Dinner - chicken and green beans
S - 4 wheat crackers & 2 tsp peanut butter (this was a change and it was gooood!)
Sat and sun I change up and cook a breakfast usually egg beaters omelet. Then my 55-g protein shake becomes my morning snack.
Boring, huh? I'm trying to take the tack that it's just food and I want to eat to live not live to eat so what's the diff?
