What did you eat 7/26/07

B. 2 ritz crackers. (wasn't feeling hungry) L. 1 chicken strip s. SF popsicle - orange mmmm d. Seared Tuna (i wanted it so bad and it made me sick! so does it count if i didn't keep it?) s. sf jello with nf canned whipped cream drank a good amount of water today... it got pretty warm today!

Breakfast: 1 egg scrambled with shredded cheddar Lunch: small piece of left over meat loaf with ketchup Snack: handful of lite Pop Corn w/ no butter or salt from Trader Joe's Dinner: Steak, beans, & Shredded Cheddar over Nachos (no nachos) from Chevy's restraunt Snack: SF Bomb Pop Amy

B - 1/4 grits & 4 oz oj S - pure protien bar L - Turkey & chedder with Baked pita chips S - Beef tips W mushrooms & gravy s - pita chips with simply jiff Also had a SF fudgesicle, but it came up as faster than it went down. Not sure why.

Same thing as every work day: Pre-breakfast - espresso with NF milk Breakfast - 55-g protein drink S - Cottage cheese Lunch - turkey and NF yogurt S - LF string cheese Dinner - chicken and green beans S - 4 wheat crackers & 2 tsp peanut butter (this was a change and it was gooood!) Sat and sun I change up and cook a breakfast usually egg beaters omelet. Then my 55-g protein shake becomes my morning snack. Boring, huh? I'm trying to take the tack that it's just food and I want to eat to live not live to eat so what's the diff?
