I have been nauseated the past few days and really having to make myself eat. Today I had: B: 3 ounces fat free/sugar free yogurt L: 2 ounces shaved turkey breast D: Muscle Milk for 32 grams of protein. I am supposed to be eating 2 ounces 5 times a day but between tje fluids and waiting 1/2 hour before and after eating to drink and my nausea I am doing good to get in eating 3 times a day.

I found them at the grocery store in the "natural food" section. I also just ordered a case off of Amazon. If you go to amazon.com and do a search for Genisoy you'll find them. They have BBQ, Salt & Vinegar, Cheddar, etc.

I LOVE the Genisoy chips! I found some first in Walmart near the Rice Cakes, then I went to the commissary and they had a bigger selection of flavors. I hadn't thought of ordering from Amazon though, I need to check that out!

Hmm. Nothing is ever really planned since I try different things since most stuff other than yougart and fruit appeals to me. Lets see: Breakfast...chi tea with cin, nutmeg, splenda and nondair creamer Dannons Vanilla low cal activia yogart with 4 fresh rasberries Lunch: 2 ounces chicken salad (made with canned whitemeat, dukes mayo, dill relish. 3 melba toast. First time I had them. Snacked on the same no melba toast though. Dinner: Homemade stir fried left over shrimp and Barilla Plus Penne with fresh garlic, spinach leaves (cooked down), lemon juice, and sprinkled with feta cheese. It is cooked in a touch of olive oil, pam and smart squeeze non fat/ lcatose free margarine. Off course for those that can have it it is much better with real butter and angel hair pasta. The Barilla pasta does have its own flavor and texture but it is not gross or very distinict and it has 10 grams of protein in the penne style and no bad fat grams . Personally for pasta's it is the best nutritional one on the shelf. The macaroni noodles has the highest protein of 19grams. And just about all the stores cary it. Look for the golden yellow box. Now to finish my fluids.
