Breakfast: 1/4 cup egg beaters, mixed with 1/4 cup fat free cottage cheese and a few chopped mushrooms.
Snack: protein shake
Lunch: 1/4 cup tuna mixed with 1/4 fat free cottage cheese
Snack: 1 slice oven roasted turkey breast
Dinner: most of a Boca burger patty with light sprinkle of fat free shredded cheddar.

1 oz laughing cow light garlic/herb cheese
s. 1 sugarfree popsicle - cherry
l. 2oz deli turkey meat w/ 2 ritz crackers
s. sugar free black cherry jello with one dollop of fat free canned whipped topping (only 1 carb!)
d. 1 piece rotisserie chicken
1. oz mashed potatoes
(ate too much & felt like crap all evening)
