The soup is a Pregresso Carb Monitor and it was really tasty! I also picked up some of the Laughing Cow cheese and it was yummy too!
Pre-breakfast - 4 oz espresso/3 oz skim milk (I'm so glad I can drink my coffee again!)
Breakfast - 55-g protein drink
Snack - 4 oz NF yogurt
Lunch - 2 bites steak which quickly vacated my body
Dinner - 2 oz turkey while listening to jazz in the park with friends (wonderful!)
Snack - 25-g protein drink
2 gummy vites, creamy bite calcium citrate w/ vit D, prevacid, foltex
B: 1/4 cup cheerios (the thought of anything else was making me gag)
w/ 1/8 cup skim milk
L: 4 little bites of a grilled cheese (it was my 1st time trying bread) WOO HOO it was good!
S: 1/2 cup concoction...It took me 2 different snack times to eat all this
2 s/f fudge bars (w/o the stick hehe) 4tbls skim milk and 1/2 banana blended in the magic bullet. Yummy, was my first time trying a banana too.

My doctor don't have me on protein shakes, but I am thinking of adding some to my food because I don't feel like I am getting enough food or water in right now. The thought of eating makes me gag sometimes, even though my head still craves everything I shouldn't have :/
