1 Blue Bunny Sweet Freedom Smoothie 1/2 c Tomato juice 3 oz Tuna w/ 1/2 tbsp light Mayo 6 Lowfat Wheat thins 5 Laughing Cow Cheese Bites Progresso Chicken Cheese Enchilada Soup 1 Fruit pop 484 Calories 21 Fat 30 Carb 43 Protein The soup is a Pregresso Carb Monitor and it was really tasty! I also picked up some of the Laughing Cow cheese and it was yummy too!

Pre-breakfast - 4 oz espresso/3 oz skim milk (I'm so glad I can drink my coffee again!) Breakfast - 55-g protein drink Snack - 4 oz NF yogurt Lunch - 2 bites steak which quickly vacated my body Dinner - 2 oz turkey while listening to jazz in the park with friends (wonderful!) Snack - 25-g protein drink

Eek, my doc said to stay away from steak for at least six months, and then after that, only tender cuts of meat like filet mignon, or at least medium rare steaks. Be careful! Donna

Yep - it was filet and it was medium rare. The problem is I ate it while working and didn't chew!

Breakfast- 1 large egg Lunch- 1oz. mozz cheese, 1 cup of milk Dinner- 1/2 cup chili w/ a little ricotta cheese mixed in Snack- another cup of milk....trying to get a little more protein in! Kath S.

2 gummy vites, creamy bite calcium citrate w/ vit D, prevacid, foltex B: 1/4 cup cheerios (the thought of anything else was making me gag) w/ 1/8 cup skim milk L: 4 little bites of a grilled cheese (it was my 1st time trying bread) WOO HOO it was good! S: 1/2 cup concoction...It took me 2 different snack times to eat all this 2 s/f fudge bars (w/o the stick hehe) 4tbls skim milk and 1/2 banana blended in the magic bullet. Yummy, was my first time trying a banana too. 2 gummy vites, creamy bite calcium citrate w/ vit D My doctor don't have me on protein shakes, but I am thinking of adding some to my food because I don't feel like I am getting enough food or water in right now. The thought of eating makes me gag sometimes, even though my head still craves everything I shouldn't have :/
