I am not hungry
I am 5 weeks out. I really haven't had much of an appetite lately. I make sure I drink my protein, but I am not eating much at all. Maybe a piece of cheese here and there. I am getting all of my protein and fluid, vitamins, etc. I almost can't stand the thought of food. I am not nauseated, just not hungry. Am I crazy? Thanks. Deb
Nope, honestly, I think you're scared to try real food. It is scary at first to try and make sure you get everything chewed to applesauce consistency and wondering if
you'll be able to. You really do need to try and each more foods though, just to even get use to eating foods and chewing. It's not bad, just make sure you chew. I'm not hungry either, but make sure I eat something every 4 - 5 hours so my stomach isn't too empty as that will make it easier to over eat.
Perhaps make yourself a daily menu will help you to get in more foods.
