laughing cow cheese, 2 thin slices carl buddig turkey

approx 3 oz walleye
protein drink (2/3)
about 50 g protein

Breakfast: 1/4 cup fat free cottage cheese, mixed with 1/4 cup egg beaters. 1 cup herbal tea
Snack: Chocolate protein shake
Lunch: 2oz bay scallops, 2 oz grilled chicken breast strips, 1/4 water chestnuts, sauteed in 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil and sprinkled with citrus grill seasoning
Snack: Light string cheese stick wrapped with oven roasted turkey breast slice
Dinner: 1/4 cup tuna salad, 1/4 fat free cottage cheese

i haven't been counting calories... but here's what I ate... I'm sure it's not many calories!
B. 1 oz sliced deli meat - Turkey
1 oz pepperjack cheese
1 ritz cracker
L. 2 oz slice deli meat - Roast Beef
1 ritz cracker
S. 1 c. Sugar Free Jell-o (Black Cherry) with one squirt of fat free (only 1g of sugar) canned whipping cream
D. 2oz hamburger
topped with pepper jack cheese
1/2 of a small red potato
and that's it... i eat almost the same thing everyday... i'm getting bored, but I'm trying to follow the diet my doctor gave me...
i'll move to 4oz per meal in about 10 more weeks. they don't have us on the protein shakes, but i've been thinking about getting them because i'm feeling really week!
Has anyone tried the bolthouse farms protein drinks?
