congratulations that's wonderful. i haven't lost anything in about 4 days. I'm starting to get frustrated. I've lost 23.5 pounds since surgery and have been at a standstill the last few days. What the heck!?!?!? I'm at 190.5 and have been sitting at this weight almost all week. I don't get it. I was losing a pound or more per day before...
