What did you eat 7/23/07
1 protein drink
1 lite yogurt
2-3 oz canned chicken, lite mayo, dill pickle relish
8 oz milk
4 mini pizzas (each one: 1 ritz cracker, little spag sauce on each, 1 turkey pepperoni, little mozzerella cheeze, warmed in oven)
1 protein drink.
I like this! I love to see the variety from the rest of you folks. I feel like I'm getting in a rut!
Breakfast: 1/4 cup egg beaters and 1/4 fat free cottage cheese
Snack: Nectar Cappuccino protein drink, made with 1 cup light vanilla soy milk
Lunch: 1/2 cup Wolf brand Turkey chili with beans, 1/4 cup fat free cottage cheese
Snack: Light mozzarella string cheese, wrapped with 1 slice turkey breast
Dinner: 1 oz bay scallops, 1 oz frozen cooked shrimp, 1 oz water chestnuts, 1 oz green beans, sauteed in one tablespoon extra virgin olive oil, sprinkled with Molly McButter and Citrus grill seasoning from Durkee.
Totals:
633 calories, 11 grams fat, 82 grams protein.
you're allowed to have snacks?
my doctor just wants me on 3 meals a day at 2 oz each.
Here's what I ate yesterday...
b. 1 oz. deli turkey (thinly sliced)
1 oz. oaxaca cheese
l. 1 oz deli roast beef (thinly sliced)
1 oz oaxaca cheese
1 ritz cracker
2 oz country pork rib
and one ritz cracker
I'm thankful that I haven't really had any cravings for anything... i'm still not really hungry and it will be a month since surgery on friday...
