i tried beef

i tried some beef tonight (hamburger) and it stayed down and so far been a hour no dumping..............whew anyone else tried it????????

Yeah, I had it at about 3 weeks out - 96% lean and chewed like crazy. No problems.

I was actually told not to eat beef or pork for 6 months because it doesn't digest easily at all. So please be very careful. I don't know what happens when something doesn't digest, but I'm scared enough not to want to find out. Pam

well so far so good..........my dr and nut told me i could have it in this stage but to introduce it as the last meat.....so fat everything is a ok all plumbing working (lol)

actually i've been eating lean ground beef all week with no problem except one day i put too much garlic in it... i got dumping syndrome from lean turkey sausage (which is just ground turkey). I felt like i was gonna die. I don't know why, there was less fat in the turkey... I also got sick on a couple different kinds of fish (catfish and halibut). but everything else I've tried has been fine...
