Okay LOSERS! Monday Weigh-In (join in all)!
Don't feel bad, I stalled last week too, until I got up and walked more now i lost like 4 pounds in 2 days WALK WALK WALK I am repeating that to myself as well because as much as I enjoy walking now, my energy level has been nil and it is tough to get myself to walk. I know it probably don't make sense to ya'll but. I have to fight myself to do it then my husband has to fight me to get me to stop lol. Makes no sense to me lol
