Feeling full what is it like? Pain in back?
With meat, poultry or fish, I can feel the food sitting high right up under my sternum (breast). The absolute max I can eat of these foods in 15-30 minutes is 3 oz. With soft foods like yogurt and cottage cheese, it's more a lack of emptiness. I always feel like I could eat more of soft foods, but I know to stop. Strange isn't it to have to pay more attention to your body to learn its cues? Good luck!
