Salad?
Pam - I have the same problem. I'm cleared for everything, but with trying to get protein in and the limited amount I can eat at any one time, if I tried to eat more vegetables or fruit, I'd be eating full time and not be able to drink! Maybe we should puree that salad and drink it! Just kidding - sounds gross and defeats the purpose of getting crunchies!
this post makes me feel better because I was drooling looking at Quizno's chopped salads yesterday when I picked up my cup of (not very good) chili.
Im not cleared for raw veggies yet either but I can do most fruits.
watermelon and bing cherries are so good right now but when I eat them I have to do a protein shake cause they usually take the place of yogurt which has more protein.
