Anyone have Dr. Ramsey Dallal for RNY surgery? Anyone have 6/21 surgery date?
I was wondering if anyone has had, or is going to have surgery with Dr. Dallal, Einstein Bariatrics?
I was also wondering if anyone had surgery on 6/21. I know everyone is different, we all lose/gain weight differently, but I wanted to know if anyone with 6/21 surgery is still having trouble with foods - I'm still pretty much on a semi-liquid diet and still throw-up even when I pay real close attention to what and when and how I'm eating / drinking.
I live in S. Jersey, Gloucester County - anyone close by??
Hi Pam, I want to stop and say, THANK YOU for your caring and concern not just for me, but for everyone here on the message boards. You are truly a blessing and have a wonderful ministry of encouragement.
I called and spoke to them on 7/10 because I had been throwing everything up since 7/5 so they put me back on liquids for a few days. Right now it seems like a hit and miss, something I keep down one day, will not stay the next day. I'm kinda used to it now even though it does make me upset - I'm really more concerned with my protein and water intake so I'm focusing on foods that will give me the protein. I'm hoping to hear from Crystal about where she purchased the Any Whey protein powder. I think our local GNC carries it so I'm going to give them a call. I hope I can keep it down, I know it will really help me feel better and get back on the road to losing weight. I feel yucky today but I think it's because I just got my you know what - it's a month overdue which I'm sure is part of my "emotional" rollercoaster and pain.
thanks for everything and God bless you!

Well honey, I'd be upset too even without Aunt Flo coming for a visit. It's hard not knowing what is going to make you sick. I know I've seen it on here before that people can eat something one day that they can't the next, so it's not all that uncommon. I'm so proud of you for continuing to work on the protein rich foods.
Hopefully the new protein powder will go smoothly for you.
Take care!
Pam
