had hubby take me to walmart

well i ended up going to walmart and out to dinner lastnight and wow I am hurting today, it is so hard not to do what I am so used to doing, like I walked over and picked up a big thing of laundry detergant not even thinking and yep I am paying for it today I weighed lastnight for the first time I have lost 30 lbs in 3 weeks that counting my 8 days of liquid before surgery but hey June 16th I was 290 july 11 I was 260 not bad not bad lest keep this going, ill be happy.

So glad you let hubby bring you! But shame on you for picking up the large detergent. hehehehe I picked it up and put it right back down when I went. Then, picked up the small one for the time being. Congrats on the great weight loss! Keep up the excellent work! Pam

I've been buying the concetrated all detergent because it's a smaller lighter bottle. Congratulations on the weight loss. Keep up the hard work!
