Hey Laura....it's totally normal. First 2 weeks for me was good. Then I didn't lose for the next week. Just now, starting to move the scale again (very little). My surgeon said and I've seen on here many times. When our bodies stop losing weight and stall, we are more than likely losing inches. It's our bodies way of playing catch up. It'll move again. Just play by the rules the surgeon gave you. Pam

you know we got to look at the fact that we are woman to, when we use to diet on weigh****chers, slim fast ect we lost inches and we need to be proud that are clothes are geting smaller don****ch the scale that is a good way to get frustrated jus****ch your clothes and your face slim down and wait till you go out somewhere in a week or two and someone says wow you are looking great, we as woman love compliments...don****ch that damn scale its like watching a clock. the more you watch it the slower it goes.

Same here. Just keep doing what you're supposed to. I upped my exercise just a bit to see if that helped and it did - not a whole lot, but some.

I have been playing with 3 lbs for the last 2 weeks. I was 265 and lost down to 220. I thought, oh this is great...45 lbs in 2 weeks I can live with this. Well Guess what? That scale goes from 220 to 223 to 220 and back to 223. If I can see 219 I would be really happy right now. But I am losing inches in this time b/c some of my clothes are starting to fall off of me. Then I read where during weeks 3-5 this happens and I think during week 7 it happen again. But I don't guess I can complain with 45 lbs gone!!!!!
