Hi Jacqueline, I love your short comment! So, surgery on June 27, and on July 8, you're happy. How cool is that? Isn't it amazing how quickly your emotional state changed? I had surgery on the 7th of June, and already feel like I have a new life to live. I'm so happy for you! Are you feeling good physically as well? I understand there's a little different healing curve for RNY from lap-band, which is what I had. How're you doing? I'll go now, but congratulations! You've given yourself the very gift of life.

are you serious my surgery was june 29th and I am like deppressed from sitting in the house my left side still hurts and I want to swim but I still got stitches, Have you had your 2 week yet how much down where you? I mean I guess I am starting to get happier its just hard I wish I would of done this before summer so I coulda been swimming and looked hot for hubbys company picnic end of this month but oh well, I also ended back in ER on the 4th and had everything agrivated again but I am getting happier.

Hey Serena, Sounds familiar! I got pretty tired of being in my house, too. Yes, I've had my two week, and am now a month out. I've lost 25 pounds and feel great. You'll get to go swimming soon, so try to hold on a few more days. Getting in the water was wonderful for me, so I'm imagining it will be great for you too. Just felt so relaxing.
