Newbie lap-bander

Hello all, this is my first post. Wanted to intorduce myself. My name is Nancy and I am 50 years old. I had lap-band surgery on June 20th and have lost 18 lbs. as of today.I have 91 to go. I have had no problem so far with the diet, exercise, pain, etc. I feel great and today I got into a new size of some old pants! WOOHOO! Just wanted to touch base with you guys. Happy Fourth!
