I've found that mixing them in the blender makes them much smoother to drink. If you're to the pureed stage, then a fruity protein drink with a banana and some frozen strawberries is really good. Also, the colder the better I think. Pour your protein drink over a lot of ice. The website http://www.wlssupplies.com/ has a sample pack of 70 single servings(1 of every kind they sell) for $80. It has allowed me to try lots of different kinds, without buying a whole container and then finding out I don't like it.

I found one at Wal-Mart, it's Body Fortress Whey Protein in chocolate flavor, I like that one. I't like $13.00 for 2lbs I think. 1 scoop protein powder and 1 cup skim milk is 30 g protein and 200 calories.

I also do the Body Fortress but in vanilla. It's got a real light taste and isn't as thick as some of the others.
