I had surgery yesterday and.....

I had my RNY yesterday, and I am doing great. The only pain I am having is due to the gas they fill you with. I passed the upper GI this morning and am now on liquids.Thanks for all your prayers. I will be thinking about all of you that are stll waiting on the big day. Thanks again for the support. Donna K

Congrats! and hello surgery sister. I had my lap band surgery yesterday as well. Doing well myself, tho thankful for the pain meds.

Congrats Donna! I'm yet another Donna who had a June date, mine was last Friday. You hang in there because it really does get better each day. I'm 5 days post op and already not needing my pain meds at all. Steady stream of prayers coming your way and a spot on the losers bench right here for ya! Donna
