Hey everyone...I had my surgery on the 20th and I feel pretty good. I hope and wish the same for all of you here too. It is a big strange at first realizing how many bad habits I had that you don't really notice till after your surgery. Oh the glorious and creative excuses I had for justifying for craming my face full of food were numerous and ridiculous. The surgery has helped me see that reality for the first time. It is something you realize you are doing, but until you truly stop you don't know to what extent it was. Thank God for the surgery for giving me the tools to confront my demons. Good luck to you all.
