Preapproval process

I am also waiting for an approval from Horizon NJ Health. Does anyone know if they will approve me or not?

I have Horizon BC/BS of NJ. I was approved in less than 24 hours. My BMI was 40.1 I have no Co-Morbidities. I NEVER did any documented weight loss program. My Surgeons office wanted a letter from my PCP stating that I tried to lose weight & that we had discussed it (NEVER DID) MY PCP wrote a great letter & like I said above 24 hrs later...APPROVED!!!
