Isopure Powder

When my husban dhad this surgery 3 yrs ago, he used the Isopure powder for his protein shkes. I decided to give it a try. It is $50 for a HUGE container of powder. (On sale at GNC right now, reg $60) I believe the container will last me about 3-4 months. Each serving has 50 grams of protein. you mix 12 oz of milk (skim or whatever) and 2 scoopfuls of the pwoder & shake it up & drink it up. It is not thick or chalkey what so ever I got the chocolate and it is REALLY yummy! I didn't think it would be so good. If you are having trouble getting your protein in, give it a try. Amy
