I'm home!

Hey everyone! I'm finally home. I ended up staying and extra day because of chest pain. But it is gone now, so here I am. Everything went very smoothly. Thanks to all of you for the encouragement.

Well I get to be the first on OH to say I'm glad you are fine and it went smoothly besides the chest pain. Is there a sooner follow-up because of the chest pain? Did they give you a reason for it??? Rest up and enjoy the ride. Sinc.Kristin

They thought at first that it might be PE, but a CAT scan ruled that out. What happened is the pain just got away from me. They had taken my morphine pump away and I requested pain meds from my nurse, but by the time she got them to me, (1 1/2 hours later) it was too late. The pain had really become unbearable. So, it took a couple hours to get things calmed down again. So....I stayed one more night just in case.

Welcome home & back!! So glad it all went well....but the chest pain....that is thankfully gone now!! Keep us posted!

I am so glad you are home I have been thinking of you!! Keep the pain under control walk and you'll be feeling great soon. I am off to the hospital now myself. Today's the day!

Welcome home! I'm glad to see you back but those chest pains...sheesh, I'm really glad they didn't turn into something worse and that you're ok now. My turn on the table is coming up Friday and then I'll be on the loser's bench with ya! Donna
