Home from Surgery

Well I had the surgery on the 13th and released today the 15th. Wow I don't remember much about the proccedure but I was in pain even this evening. Well the new me has started.

Feeling pretty good today..Went walking this morning before it gets 110 again. Yesterday went well with getting my fluides completed. I froze some water bottle with crystal lite and it works well. Great taste. To help with the Protein and also heep drinking I am using ISOPURE Clear Protein. The taste you have to get use to but it 40 grams of protein per 20 0z.
