Day 7 on my Liquid Diet....

had my surgery last tuesday, so it's been seven days of liquids for me too. Not hungry at all, but eating the jello does help as it has a little consistincy to it, and the popsicles. You can make it through it as i can, and it will all be worth it in the end when we are healthy. The doctor took me off all my meds. and my sugar, which ran around 150 when i was on pills and insilin, is now running between 90 and 105 without. It amazes me and makes me so happy. Good luck. JO

Wow, Thanks for the info. I'm doing great I can't wait to get a little bit more variety with my food intake. I'm looking forward to being off my inslin med's as well. So far since I started the Liquid Diet I only had to give myself inslin 2 times, other than that I don't need it. Good Luck on your WL and I can't wait to be on the losing bench with you.
