I heard that loserville is a lovely place and I am hoping that I never want to leave I had the lap band yest. Nausea and abd pain from the gas they fill you up with but all in all I am OK, thanks for you words and prayer. JoAnne

Thank you so much for your prayers and support. I didn't think I would be nervous but I am getting a bit jittery! I have been on 5 shakes a day for the last 12 days. Now today I am on clear liquids! Such a nice change of flavor Anyway...Thanks again and I will post back just as soon as I can. I don't think my husband will know where to post to let you all know.
