Finally Reached Docs Office!!!!!! Yay!
Just thought I'd share now that I drove you all crazy with my worry. They didn't get back to me because they hadn't heard from my insurance. She told me that they will keep saying they have thirty days and if I give them case id they will say it's pending till after they give docs office an answer and I can't speak with the case manager as she only speaks with doctors offices, BUT although they say it takes thirty days, they have a due date of this Friday (even though they promised by yesterday) and they HAVE to give an answer by then either way. She says that if for some reason it doesn't go through on time I can be rescheduled for Thursday (which I originally preferred but they said I can't have it, and it does work better for me, but at this point I obviously don't want to pu**** off) and preop testing on Thursday will still be good for then (actually it's good for 21 days) so for now we are keeping the appointment. She says if we pu**** off we have to reschedule surgery because they are booked up. I don't really mind waiting till Thursday if I don't have the worry of insurance approval. Whatever. So far my blood pressure is down. Thanks all for your reassurances and good wishes..
