June 11TH!!

I just went to my pre op appointment yesterday, Dr. would like me to go to a 100% liquid diet to drop an additional 10lbs or more prior to surgery. so I need to get some more optifast...yum he also suggested post bariatric surgery chewable vitamins from wallgreens, is anyone using them?

wooooohoooooooohoooooooo!!!!! I got me a surgery buddy! I'm getting banded that day and I'm on the liquid diet now too. I'm really enjoying the Carnation instant breakfast drinks. They are easy and taste good (make sure to get the sugar free ones). My doc lets it. Hope for you that yours does too!
