My date is 13 June in Grand Radips with Dr Vanderkolk. I start my diet on the 1st with all my testing to be completed on that day. So if all go's well I ready for the 13. I love to have plans that come together without any kinks

Hi Sir, I work at USMA (grad weekend of all weekends). Congratulations on your date. Mine is the 7th. I am happy for you that you did not experience any kinks in the system. I had a problem receiving a letter from my PCP after 5 weeks. All of the other testing by the specialists was after and they had completed their letters....regardless, it is done now. Now it is time to wait for the surgery. Best Wishes to you!
