Joining the June club - 22nd

I got my surgery date of June 22nd. I'm both scared and excited at the same time lol. I've been trying to get to this point for the past 5 years since I first heard about WLS. The insurers at my old job flat out turned me down so I didn't think this would ever happen. Life takes you through some wierd twists and turns though and here I am.

Congratualtions Donna!!! You are scheduled for 8 days after me. Hey, I see you're from Lawton, OK. My sister used to live in Norman and then in Moore, many years ago. When we visited her there, she took us to Lawton for the day to see the buffalo. Very cool. Anyway, fantastic news about your day! Soon, you'll be a great big loser!!

That's my date, too! I'm also feeling both scared and excited.
