hello again surgery 06/06/07

i was to have surgery may 06 but the day before i got my blood test back they found i had an under active thyroid it has been taken 7mths to get my thyroid back on track so my new date for surgery is 6th june 07 so wish me luck no really im praying notting goes wrong so please help me out with your prayers many thanks karen

Hi Karen!! I don't have a definite June surgery date yet but I asked that I be operated on after my daughter's wedding at the end of May. The very next day is fine with me as long as I get to enjoy her day! I'm so excited about it too!!! I'll say a prayer that you get a June date with no problem!!! Best of luck!! Marie

Hi Karen, I am going to have LapBand surgery in June. Right now I am in AZ as a "snowbird" travel here in the winters from Washington State. It has been interesting to get appt. set by phone so far away, and to get the Ifomational meeting in before my 6\8\07 meeting @ NWWL. I am excited and looking forward to following your progress. I am 60 yrs old, and 5'1 1/2" and wt is 190. So it will be nice to have a tool to help me finally keep the wt. off and for it to be over mentally that I am scared to go "off" a diet. The hope of this working for us as a long term project is great. I excited , watching others and their great journey. God Bless Margaret
