Since you are eight months out from your surgery, I would check in with your doctor to see what they think.. Is it possible that you just have a little stomach virus?
I did find that I have to rotate the types of protein that I eat. If I eat too much of one thing it will start making me gag. Good luck!

That sounds so exciting! Did you ever think 1 year ago that you would even entertain the thought of diving with the sharks??? This has really been a life altering experience for me! I am going to Hawaii in October and I plan on going on a zip line! Oh and I am going to Cedar Point in June and I will be able to ride on ALL of the rides without a worry!

I've had one knee replaced and though it's no fun I'm sure you'll be glad you did it. I truly can't imagine doing both at once but have heard of other people doing it that way too and they did fine. Good Luck to you!
