Hello all let me tell you a little bit bout my day...i went to a post op class today on accountability it was really good and needed it because i needed to be around people that knew what i am going through...well N E WAYS the Dr. and his staff are having a fashion show well it actually is way for the dr to present what he is doing to the city were he is located CHICO....and for that there will be some patients of his modeling some clothes and showing their beofre pic and a look at me now thingy...but this is were you guys come in I need a song to come out to..any suggestions? I want it like a look at me and where i am now song ...so i need your help!!! please i would really appreciate it!!

Sounds like you are right on track with the rest of us June bugs. I have so much loose skin I flap in the wind. My weight loss had been really slow since last November but I cut out most of the carbs this week and have lost 3 lbs. So I guess it really is possible to get back to basics and start losing again. I am really glad to know that. I think if you go back to the AZ board and post about wanting to get to know people who had your dr you would probably get responses. Then you could add those people to your friend list so you would not lose track of them. I know the CA board is much more busy than the June 06 board here. So maybe there are more people on the AZ board too. But please stay here too. we need all the June bugs we can get. I sent a request to be on your friends list. Michelle
