Topic: RE: Accountability - what did you eat Wednesday?
B - Unjury protein drink
S - Laughing Cow lite cheese wedge & soy crisps
L - Mongolian beef
S - Sunflower Seeds
D - Pork taco w/ cheese, lettuce, tomato.
S - 5 mini Famous Amos CC & Pecan cookies
S - Macadamia nuts
Then I decided I needed to make a SF cheesecake. I used one package regular CC and mixed in some splenda. Then I added a cup of Cottage Cheese. I should have put it in the food processor first because the curds did not blend out. Then a container of lite Cool Whip. I put this in a crust I made of pecans, splenda and a little melted butter. But by then it was so late I did not eat any of it unless you count licking the spoon and bowl. So guess what will be on my food list tomorrow.

Topic: RE: Ladies swimsuits - again
Hi Karen-
I went and tried on some suits yesterday at lunch. My thighs look so gross I wanted to cry right there in the dressing room. I tried on one that was one piece but hooked in the back like a bra would. OMG! The flab was drooping over everywhere. Not a good look. I did find a tank top one that looked decent on top but then I didn't like the bottoms because they looked just like a one piece suit. I want more of the boy short bottoms or something with a bit more coverage. I went to Walmart today and picked out a couple with the tank top top and boy short bottom. I will try them on tonight and return them tomorrow if I don't like them. I couldn't bring myself to face the changing room mirrors again.
You are totally right about the cup sizes being too small. We are talking massive boob overflow. Sheesh!!!

Topic: Thanks for the help
Thank you to everyone who answered my posting. Your encouragement and comments really help, yes, I will start to keep my log again and see where I am adding more food than I should. Now that the weather has improved, I am hoping to get a lot more exercise working out in the yard. but, I do procrastinate about the exercise -- just keep telling me to get going and exercise. I think maybe I have come up with the answer to my thirst. I have had a cold and runny nose nonstop since Christmas and I started taking Mucinex DM. I think maybe this is making me thirsty. Anyway I am checking it out.
Topic: Accountability - what did you eat Wednesday?
Several mentioned that they'd like to see this again. I'll be happy to post as long as others will post also (so all my dirty laundry ain't hanging out alone!). I have been in a terrible funk lately. Don't know what - I'm even looking for a therapist that specializes in food additions.
Wednesday
B - Nectar Protein drink
L - 8 grilled shrimp, 1/4 cup garlic mashed potatos
S - a half bag of Peanut butter Easter M&Ms over the afternoon
D - nothing (still bloated from the M&Ms)
S - 1 oz cheddar cheese (and then it goes down hill)
4 Ritz crackers
1/2 c. Special K dry
2 frosted Sam's cookies (can you tell I'm grazing?)
I need to snap out of this - can you believe after the pep talk I gave myself this morning - I had several cramps all night, the first thing I did when I got to the office was stick my hand back in that bag and eat more. I finally took them to the kitchen trash so I wouldn't be digging them out.
Water is over 64 oz, vits mostly in, exercise still on.

Welcome Gloria- Always glad to see new June bugs posting. It sounds like you have done a good job with the weight loss. I think we all are at the point where we are comfortable with our pouches and venture into foods that we know we should not be eating. I know I have. I also have discovered that if I go back to what I know I should be doing I can still lose 10lbs a month. So I really believe it is true about working our "tool".
Your saying you are always thirsty is making me a little worried. Did you have diabetes before? You might want to give the dr a call and explain what is happening. You might have a little imbalance somewhere that needs to be corrected. Better safe than sorry. Of course it could be something little like you are eating foods that make you thirsty.
Well I am off to do the treadmill. Have a great weekend.

I am to have 800-100 calories/40-60g protein/60-80g carbs. I started to log what I eat this week and started with the trainer last week. Found with my eating I was doing decent... getting way more protein than required (im usually around 80g) but the carbs are sometimes high, sometimes low so I am going to work on that! Exercise is very important... its hard to get started but its a necessity!! I think to break a stall you need to look at calories in vs calories out and exercise definately helps calories out. Making sure you are not eating too much and eating enough and watching those carbs and getting a lot of protein will help as well!

Topic: RE: Anyone taking anti-depressents?
I have not had any weigh gain as of yet. (Thank God) I have lost 133 lbs in 9 months and hoping to lose another 60. I think as long as you follow your protein, water, and exercise program, and watch your grazing and food intake, you shouldn't have any problem. I hope you find what you are looking for. Try doing research on Cymbalta too. My friend is on that one and it seems to working for her too.
