So you are just a little masochistic. Having said that, if I had the cash and the time, I would do exactly the same thing. Good luck on your next surgery and godspeed with the healing thing. I hope you have lots of anti-itch stuff for your healing scars.

Topic: Trader Joe's Greek Yogurt
Hi everyone! I just wanted to tell you all about a great protein source that I found. My doctor told me about Trader Joe's Greek Yogurt. It has 20 grams of protein, 100 calories per serving and only 5 carbs. I put some frozen berries, sweetener, and just a little bit of granola on top. It's a great snack or breakfast!
Topic: RE: Scale moving update
That is great Jennifer! Doesn't it feel good to be losing again? My scale has finally started to move again as well. I have lost 4 pounds since I started my nutritional program last Monday. It feels great and I feel much better with my healthy food choices.
Topic: Scale moving update
As some of you know I went to my NUT on 5/4/7 because the scale hadnt moved in a looong time... anyways since making the adjustments she suggested (see previous post) I lost 5lbs!!!! I will say I am just amazed... I dont know what I will do without her! I will say I do feel a little lost when it comes to eating... still trying to find the right balance so I am consistant everyday with my numbers... hopefully after this week I will be more of an old pro!

Topic: Am I nuts???
Ok, I went to my PS appointment today and had the remaining 2 drains taken out of my abdomen. OUCH!! Then I asked, 'Is there any way you could do my arms before I go back to work?' My arms are very bad. I think he measured 13 for the hang. I am tentatively scheduled for Friday for my out-patient arm lift! That would still give me 3 weeks to recover.
Here is a break down of Self-Pay for Arms:
Hospital fee - 1050
Surgeon Fee - 3000
Overnight Stay (If Needed) - 800
Anesthesia - By the half hour...
I think this is the perfect opportunity for me to get all of this done. At this moment, I have the money and time. I honestly hate all of this pain! However, if I am able to 'fix' things, I feel I should while I can!

Ya, it's just a consultation for what can be done on those parts of the body. I would probably not want to do it all at once, just so I could get back to work within a reasonable amount of time. I can't even do it until at least August because it's softball season right now.
