Topic: RE: Size 10!
Way to go Robin. I can't wait till my panni, I hate that droopy bulge that sits below my waist band.
Glad to hear the arm lift went okay.

Topic: Size 10!
I can't believe it! I am now wearing size 10's! This is all because of my TT. Oh, and I can get the low riders, skinny style! I am SO happy. I still wear larges for tops. I have a lot of back and side fat/skin. I don't feel like another 8 hours of surgery for awhile...
BTW, I am 1 week out from my arm lift and so far so good! I think this surgery will be one that has dramatic results as much as my TT.

Kim,
First off, your picture is deceiving, did I hear you say you have a son graduating this year? You look amazing and I would never have pegged you at older than mid to late 20s. I don't have great advice. I, like Karen, can completely empathize with what you are going through, I am there too.
We live in the sticks, so I have my son signed up in all kinds of things, just so he has social opportunities. He has something on the go every night except Fridays. So I have fallen into the quick to prepare, but nutritionally shallow food choices trap lately. I have been anemic so I have that tired feeling that leads me to crave carbs in the pre-bedtime hours. I have not been following my rule about not eating at least a couple of hours before bed, sometimes that's the only time I have.
On the upside, I am way more active than I have been at any point in my adult life. Going to the gym, or doing something unstructured has never worked for me. I like social or group activities. I am going to Tang Soo Do, which is a form of Korean Martial Arts. I am also coaching youth soccer this year. So I have considerable external pressure to make sure I get out there. I have also started walking several times a week with co-workers, but it is an expectation that if we are all here, we will walk.
Anyway, I certainly feel for where you are coming from. I am glad to see you back on the board. I don't know if a structured type of activity would work for you, but it has been a true gift for me.

I can definitely hear the complete enthusiasm in your post. It sounds like it was INCREDIBLE. By the way, cheeky avatar, I like it.
Totally off topic.......I need a diver out at my house to reattach our raft to the anchor. You coming to the northern hemisphere anytime soon? Down side is I am too poor to pay, but you can stay in my son's room. I'll move out all the lego and army toys.

Thanks Michelle, I think I need to print this off and tattoo it to my forearm for quick reference. On a more serious note, I am going to post it near my computer, which is one of my trigger locations.

Looking good Cally, keep up the great work. By the way, 106#????!!!! How short are you anyways? You must be 3'3" or something, I couldn't even imagine getting down that low, and I am only 5'3". Size 3 junior is pretty amazing. If you lose 20 more pounds, won't you be shopping in the new arrivals section?
Topic: Thanks Geek Girl!!!!!
I would like to thank Geek Girl for suggesting I try pants in the Juniors sections since they would be tighter in the legs. Well I tried some on today and they fit great. I got a pair off the clearance rack at Fashion Bug for $11.98. Guess what size? I couldn't believe it. Size 13. That is what I wore in high school.
I also got a great pair of black, platform clogs for $3.98. And I used my Fashion Bug charge and got another 5% off. So I got a pair of pants and a pair of shoes for $16.41. How can you beat that?????
