Way to go on your lose. I have lost 133 so far and going for my consult with Dr. DiNick on the 16th of this month. My exercise I do is the walk away to pounds tapes too and I just got the ultimate Bean I really enjoy them both. I also ride my bike inside and outside. Wishing you and everyone else A HAPPY REBIRTHDAY. This was the best thing I ever done for myself. My only complacation has been I have an ulcer now but meds are helping that so that is good. Hey everyone! I wanted to wish you all a HAPPY BIRTHDAY

...It has been a year and we have all come sooo far...How much has everyone lost? What are you all doing for excerise? I am so thankful for this surgery....It has changed my life so much! But, now I am at the point where I am really really FIGHTING to get the weight off.... I still have around 65lbs to go to get to where I will be 1/2 way comfortable with myself but that is so much better than almost 2hundred pounds to go like I was a year ago..... I have lost 123 pounds... Every A.M - I do 5 miles of "walk away the pounds"...I LOVE THIS DVD--- for someone who isnt able to leave there home for whatever reason...it is awesome!!! It is a total body workout -using weights an all. I wish you all luck!! Brooke

Topic: Last Day

It is official. Today was my last day of work and I am now a stay-at-home Mom. I can't believe it. I have never been a stay-at-home Mom. Today when I had my exit interview I found an error in my lay-off packet. I had them fix it and it ended up getting me two more weeks pay in my severance package. I am glad I found it and didn't just accept what they said in the paperwork. They had my hire date wrong and fixing it gave me another year of work hence more money in my package. I took 12yo DS to see the pirate movie this afternoon. I had told him I would take him on my last day of work. We had fun and now we have the whole summer ahead of us for fun adventures. He wants to ride bikes to the local park to play tennis. OK fine. I can do that with no problem now. 138lbs ago it would have been a problem. Michelle
