Kim, We are twins! I started on June 23rd at 225 and now weight 169. I just got in my first pair of 10's too! I know your joy!!!! Its the first time in my adult life I wore a 10! I bought another pair at wally world and they are tight, but my Banana Republic pants fit great. Don't ya love vanity sizing
My weight loss has really slowed down. I am trying not to complain about the slowness - especially since no one wants to hear it.

Can I share one? ...
The other morning I had put a pair of jeans in the dryer (would have NEVER done that before...shrinkage!). Anyway, I went back in the laundry room to get them (it was dark) and I reached in and pulled out a pair of jeans. As I was walking out, I held them up and thought "Oh darn, I picked up my husband's jeans instead." (By the way, he has always been smaller than me). What a surprise it was to me when I realized that they really were my jeans! My mind still hasn't caught up with my weight loss!

Even thou nothing sounds good to you - keep trying new things until you find something you like. There are so many options out there today (hiphop aerobics, strip aerobics, pilates) you should be able to find something to like!!
Maybe you are mentally blocking yourself by thinking of it as exercise... maybe think of it as "me time". I love going for a walk and looking around the neighborhood... or listening to music or using it as time to think. Its my time to unwind and maybe work a few things out in my head. Or I like to use the treadmill while watching tv because im more focused on the tv.
Hopefully this will help some! Getting family members involved is a great idea because then you will have some outside motivation!
