Hi Lori! I am so glad you are feeling better about things! yeah I can realate, all I did is B**ch about it for the entire time!LOL!!!! Lori 2.64 a week is EXCELLENT!!! That honeymoon period is a REAL SPOILER! now that we dropped so much weight and our overall caloric intakes are much lower the slower weight loss is harder to cope with at times. At my visit with my nut on friday she explained the slowing up process in detail and makes soooo much sense ,I didn't even think about this. I apologize if you already figured it out,but if your like me and clueless it can help make sense! I am rounding the numbers off... Before surgery they figured my calorie intake to be around 3,500 to 4,000 (OMG how pathetic!) rounding the numbers off...dropping from that number to the 300 to 500 (honeymood period) for a few months no wonder the weight flew off!lol...now my caloric value should be (to maintain) around 1,700 to 1,800 and I am now eating 700 to 1,000 calories a day now, that is so much drastically lower so that explains why the weight slows up as you loose so much weight and will get harder and harder as I go along. She said that is why people at the end that only need to loose 10-20 pounds struggle so hard to get it off. Honestly, I don't know about you but I really am happy with everything overall and I feel so blessed that I am where I am now,I have just decided to take it one day at a time for here on in and just let the weight come off as it will and stop my obsessing and worrying about it.It is like Psychological warefare on myself and I finally said to myself enough is enough! I can realate to the bordom today too.....I finished up my last work project Saturday (actually 4 before my deadline) and I am taking a much needed break for a week or two, now I am bored....we did all of our fall cleaning last week when DH was off ,so nothing major to do here now. I guess there really is no happy medium!LOL ((hugs)) Nanc

OMG, those are WAY cheaper than Nioxin. I just bought the treatment bottle from Nioxin, which cost me my right arm and I hate the stuff. It sits like glue in my hair and I can't style it. I now have to put it in my dry hair before bed so that I can wa**** out in the morning. If I can't find them here, I would love to take you up on your offer. Would you be able to send them to Canada? Glad you posted, I was just about to donate my other arm and a leg because my shampoo and conditioner are getting low. Lori

Topic: New perspective on the stall
Hi everyone, I have been bemoaning my long stall--Nancy you can relate I know! Anyways, being bored at work (I have only one week left before I start a new job), I was poking around fitday.com. The first time I went on there was August 6th I believe. Well I ran a report on my weight loss since then. I showed that I was losing an average of 2.64 lbs a week. Well that was a good pick me up. Because I sure feels like nothing has been moving for so long. It would be nice to get to 175 by Christmas, which I thought was unrealistic before. I am feeling a little more positive about it now. Oh the boredom at work thing, my friend said they had a saying in the military about decreased productivity of people who were moving to a new post: FIGMO (*uckit I got my orders) . I guess it translates well into civilian life as well. Lori

Hi everyone! I wanted to share this with you all that are having serious issues with hair loss! I ran into a friend today and she had Gastric Done in Feb.She just like the rest of us suffered really bad with the hair issues. She told me of some products that she bought and said they are like mothers milk! she said her hair started growing back after 5 weeks of treatment,(sales lady said it does take a full month for the products to start working) and if you would see the head of hair she has (and her hair is short too) you would never think she had a problem! she showed mw some photo's of her journey and her hair was like almost gone!!! so these products do work! As far as I know you can purchase them at Sally Beauty Supply they are similar to Nioxin but the cost is much much cheaper! The sales lady said it is better and everyone that uses it said they are having great results! It is called NUTRI-OX SYSTEM Shampoo 12 oz. bottle $6.49 Conditioner 12 oz.bottle $6.99 Treatment 6oz. bottle $7.99 there is a serum to,but the sales lady said that I didn't need it that the treatment was enough and I don't remember what the size and cost was but around what the others are. They have a coupon now for $2.00 of the shampoo and conditioner bought together. If you have a Sally's card you still can get your discount too!! If you want to try the products and can't find them in your area I will be more than happy to pick them up and ship them to you,if you are willing to pay for the shipping costs,I will send them the cheapest way I can. It cost me total for all 3 products including tax and discounts w/coupon $19.00 Just email me if interested! ((hugs)) Nanc
