Hiya Jeanna!! OMG! it so great to have you back with us honey!!!!! You have made my day!!! You have mail!!! well here we go!!! 1. Were you tempted by the Halloween candy? Tempeted yep! chocoholic before surgery!!! Did you partake in any? (remember be honest, we are only here to help) absolutely not!LOL...I dump on any kind of sugar at all and I was NOT GOING THERE!! 2. What are you doing different for Thanksgiving this year since surgery? Don't even want to think about it!!! we are going to my mother in laws, greatttttttttt...(note the sarcasm) it is going to be great with them all watching what I eat and lecturing me on how little I eat and I know what the days topic will be already I *!@#!! dread it!! SeeThey were all against this surgery...my mother in law told me I am getting to skinny the other day..."skinny" 190 pounds? what a freakin' riot that was huh?? GIVE ME A BREAK!! OKAY GONNA STOP RAMBLING ABOUT IT! ya'all got the point! Sorry.......... 3. Have you started your Christmas/holiday shopping yet? Yes! I LOVE Christmas! I buy a little at a time or when I see things I like! 4. How close are you to your driver's license weight? YIKES! well here in Pa. they do not put weight on your license but I was at my highest weight down 106 lighter..it does not even look like me! 5. Are you having any problems sleeping? Yes,very very much...I can only sleep 3-4 hours and I am up for a hour or two and back for a few hours..it is annoying...I think I am going to try Ambien CR. I have a script just never got it filled....why? I don't know!LOL Hope you all are doing well! ((hugs)) Nancy

1. LND : 1/2 small FF from McD's (bad, I know); no snack breakfast - Isopure RTD lunch - 3 oz steak, 2 bites mashed potatoes dinner (making it)- meat sauce (without pasta) 2. Vitamins: Done 3. Water: 1/2 done - time to get drinking!! 4. Exercise - walked 4 miles - lifting tomorrow!

What are you doing different for Thanksgiving this year since surgery? Not having seconds, that's for sure! We have Thanksgiving at my sister's every year with lots of extended family. I'll be socializing. 3. Have you started your Christmas/holiday shopping yet? Nope! 4. How close are you to your driver's license weight? Massachusetts doesn't put weight on our licenses, but I am at my high school weight and I bought size 6 jeans yesterday!!! 5. Are you having any problems sleeping? No apologies necessary Jeanna. I am just glad to see that you are well. Welcome back! 1. Were you tempted by the Halloween candy? Did you partake in any? (remember be honest, we are only here to help) --Not in candy. My niece made these cookies that were calling my name. Ugh.. But, alas, I did not touch them. I seem to dump pretty easy. 2. What are you doing different for Thanksgiving this year since surgery? --Nothing, sticking to the rules. That's it. Oh, and making sure I workout that day, first thing in the morning. 3. Have you started your Christmas/holiday shopping yet? --I'm a typical man. I'll wait until December 23 and scoop up whatever is left or just give out envelopes of cash. 4. How close are you to your driver's license weight? -- . I have always listed my weight at 320, even though I was in the upper 400's. So yes, I am pretty close to my DL weight. 5. Are you having any problems sleeping? --Yes, I am waking up a couple of times throughout the night but am able to get back to sleep. However, I end up waking up at 6am (6 hours of sleep) and cannot get back to bed. Take care Jeanna, Ben P.S. Sorry about the job. Don't worry, there is plenty out there. Hello folks.... I am sorry about not posting this last week and thank you to Amy Leigh and Nancy for both contacting me to make sure I was ok. You see, on 10/20 I was let go from my job. I was devestated. I didn't feel like posting anything and I regret that. This is a place for support right? And where should I have been, getting support from all my June Bug Hotties!!!! That's right, we are all HOTTIES !!!!! Please accept my sincerely apology for not coming on here for over a week. But, here I am now and I promise that I will post Wednesday Roll Call every week, unless I notify you that my hubby has whisked me away on a tropical vacation, well, like that is going to happen now that I am not working I am so glad to see that Ben has started making us accountable for our choices each day. I need that now more than ever. Way to go Ben!!! You ROCK!!! Ok, without any further ado.....WEDNESDAY ROLL CALL!!! 1. Were you tempted by the Halloween candy? Did you partake in any? Last thing, please remember, if you want to be on the Holiday card exchange list or possibly a gift exchange email me and let me know. I would like to get the list compiled and out around Thanksgiving. My answers: 1. YES I was tempted. I made up special Halloween treat bags this year, over 450 of them, so I was surrounded by candy for over a week. I did partake, shame on me I need to get off the candy roller coaster, I am so glad this is over with. 2. Well, Thanksgiving this year will be all together different for us. We are all going out to eat this year, both sides of our family, mine and my husbands', so this will be interesting. I am going to concentrate on getting my protein in. That is a big thing for me right now. I feel a little stalled and am getting back to the basics, protein, water, vits and exercise. 3. I have not. Well, not really. My brother and sister-in-law are expecting right around Christmas and I already bought my niece a few things...but no Christmas presents persay. 4. I am 10 lbs. away from my driver's license weight. I can't wait to surpass that number, FINALLY!! 5. Ok, I have to admit that I asked this question because I am having problems sleeping lately. I am tossing and turning all night and getting up by 5 in the morning. Hello, I finally don't have to get up early to go to work, and NOW is when I am. Go figure. Thanks again to all those that missed me and wrote, as you can see, I am perking back up again, pretty soon I will be the same old me, only better this time. I am going to take this world by storm. Hey there Ben....thanks for doing this. I know that I have been MIA lately, but I am back again and ready to Rock and Roll. This is great. I really want to be accountable for my actions lately, it will really help to get me into better habits. Meals: LND- 1/2 cup egg salad and 1 pc. whole wheat bread, 1/4 cup baked beans. Breakfast- 2 pcs. whole wheat toast with I Can't Beliebe It's Not Butter and 1/2 cup low sugar oatmeal made with CC milk. Lunch - ugh, 2 slices of pizza and some M&M's. What is wrong with me? I know that I need to get my Protein in and I am sabotaging myself. I found that some sugar doesn't affect me and well, dumby me indulges. This is exactly why I need to be held accountable. Vitamins: Still need to take Multivitamin, B-12, D, Calcium, and Actigal Water: Great, already have 48 oz. in and I average 100 oz. a day. Exercise: Today nothing yet, I usually do 2 miles on the treadmill and I have recently started running, yes, I said running. Hope your day is going well, see you tomorrow. Jeanna

I rock all the crystal lit flavors except for their teas and their sunrise line. Something doesn't taste quite right there. I buy a bunch of crystal light lemonade and drink about half a quart at work during the day. Nice change of pace from the water/decaf.

Good morning all! Yesterday's trick or treat walking was fun. About three hours, no problem. However, ended up going to International house of pancakes at around 10 p.m.. 1. Meals last nights dinner (LND)/snack (LNS): Dinner, small bowl of chicken soup. Snack: 2 eggs, 1 cup hash browns, 2 sausage links and 2 wheat toast/no butter. Breakfast: Leftovers from LNS: 2 bacon strips 1 cup hash browns, 1 and 1/2 wheat toast/no butter, 1 cup scrambled egg white, 2 tbls salsa. Snack: 1/2 protien bar lunch: probably small chicken burrito, no rice or beans, with salsa. 2. Vitamins: Done. 3. Water: Done, always been a water drinker. 4. Exercise: Will do 25 laps in pool (about 45 min) during lunch hour. Have a great day all! Ben

HAPPY NOVEMBER. It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas. Everywhere you go. Whether you like it or not. 1. Meals (LND) 1 cup chicken breast. 1/4 cup white northern beans. 1/4 cup black beans. 1 cup broccoli florets. (LNS): 4-5 cups of popcorn (gave into that urge instead of my sugar urge). Breakfast: fried egg, 2 links turkey breakfast sausage, 1 slice toasted whole grain bread Snack: 8 oz whey protein drink lunch: 2 servings of turkey dinner sausage (tasting very good to me lately), yogurt, maybe an apple for another snack this afternoon 2. Vitamins - Faithful to these everyday. AM Calcium. PM multi and ferrous gluconate. PM Calcium 3. Water - About 60 oz so far. Will switch to crystal lite lemonade soon to shake things up. 4. Exercise - Like a fiend. Going for 3 miles eliptical today and some weight training.
