I may have to check into the shots. I take sublinguals daily 500mg and when I upped it from 2xweekly to daily, I got more energy. I don't feel dog tired in the afternoon anymore, but I have a hard time staying up once I get home from work and do all the stuff that has to be done. When I have a choice between reading, crafting or bed, I'll pick bed 9 times out of 10. I do fairly well energy wise through the day, but I certainly wouldn't call it "a burst of energy."

Well, I ate like crap this weekend - really need a tongue lashing. The halloween candy was calling. I did get my protein shakes in, and my water and lots of walking the dogs. I just had been better about resisting the candy. Well, it's about gone so I won't be getting any more sweets in the house for a long time.

Good Afternoon Ben and Everyone! My weekend was nutty! My daughter had a 2 day sleepover with 4 girls friday and 6 girls saturday! all 14 and 15 what the H*LL was I thinking????ROFLMSAO!!!! Ben pass that bottle and shot glass!! I was right on my diet! how I don't know? I let the girls order Pitza on Friday and then I got them a mega meal from Kentucky Fired Chicken on Saturday...talk about willpower!!! the smell was making me insane, the sight of it made me sick! Today's diet.... I am aweful! I have been running since 7:00 this morning just got home!! 1:30 my daughter got her braces on today...(oh boy! the drama will begin tonight for sure!LOL...) Then had to take her to school which is 12 miles away, then had to run to Walmart,Rite-aid,went to the car wash, stopped at the mall and I didn't have a thing to eat other than a shake this morning! My appetite is so bad,I dunno,I smell things and want to eat and then when I go to eat,I take one look at it and I could just I hope this passes, not the lack of appetite but nausea of even looking at food before I eat. Anyone else dealing with this? well,I hoep you all are having a great day!!! ((hugs)) Nancy

I would definately check the b12 levels. I take two sublinguals weekly and they seem to help alot. I also eat a small meal every three hours and exercise almost every day. The only thing that affects my energy level is how many hours of sleep I get a night. If it's below 6 hours or I wake up often at night, I feel exhausted the next day. But when I get a good quality 6 to 7 hours, I feel great. Having said all that, a good majority of post-ops I know say that the energy level does bounce back. Some were as fast as three months, most said 6-9 months. Take care Traci. Ben

Appletinis, yummy. I enjoyed dancing so much this weekend. When I was bigger, I dreaded it. Another benefit from our journey. Good luck with the trainer. They mean well. Ben

I freeze all year long! But it's mostly because of my low thyroid. I take my pill every day, but I still freeze. You can see put covered up in the Summer time! Winters are brutal, and I LIVE IN TEXAS!
