110 lbs. MAN, your stall definitely stopped!! Congratulations. The tube sock thing cracked me up. Oh how naive I was when I said the only PS I would likely have was a breast lift--only because I have wanted a breast lift since I was 13. My mother called me banana boobs back then, long and upturned (yeah, I have mother issues ). I am sure you can guess the upturned description hasn't fit for sometime. I just can't live with the turkey neck waddle, I can't, I won't. 291-187-140

Topic: Exercise - PAIN!!!!
I am so proud of myself that I acctually started back at the gym this last week. However I think I over did it, I am in so much pain. My inner thighs feel like I've been riding a horse for a week straight and my stomach hurts so bad that I can barely sit up or roll over, just like having the surgery all over again. I don't want to be at work right now because it hurts so bad and I still have to go to my night time job where I waitress. That should be interesting since I can hardly move!! Does anyone have any ideas how to eliviate any of this pain? I won't be home until 10:30 tonight to try the heating pad or ice thing. Thanks for listening. Karen

On the menu for Tuesday was: B - 3 slices deli turkey, 1 slice american cheese, multi-grain wrap S - Low fat yogurt L - Yummy kielbasa/veggie/pasta sauce mixture S - Apple D - quesadilla - multi grain tortilla, cheese and 1 cup ground beef/ground turkey, about 5 triscuit crackers. S - Apple, banana (my two year old is into taking one bite of fruit and then abandoning it lately. I've gotten into the habit of "cleaning up" after her. I've got to watch that I'm not grazing there. Exercise - None. Back at it today. Water and vitamins - Both good.

Sorry, Ben - I missed your post and I really need this. So let's here what everyone's eating. Yesterday I was actually reasonably good. B - protein shake S - none L - 3 oz canned chicken with tbsp mayo S - 2 snackwell cookies (my bad!) D - half of quesadilla - about 1/4 tortilla, grated cheese and 2-3 oz grilled chicken S - went to bed early so I was very good about not snacking last night!

I can definatly relate, I hate looking at my neck when I do my makeup in the morning. I'm looking pretty good with clothes on, but not so hot when things start coming off. I also have the bat wing thing going on with my arms, and I'm doing upper body workouts. But I guess living a lot longer and happier life is worth it. Any one comes up with ideas about the visible loose skin PLEASE post. Cheryl R 318-223-160

I'm kinda worried about tripping over my neck or getting it caught in a branch on a windy day
