Well, I hadn't eaten anything when I started the post so I did yesterday. By all means, let's do today.
B - protein shake
S - nothing
L - chicken salad (it froze in the fridge so not sure how it will taste...)

I agree - I always soak in a hot tub (no epsom salts though) and it seems to relieve aches and pains. Whatever you do, make sure you don't wait too long to go back. I've found that if I am in pain from working out, I will have my rest day and then I go back the next day. I might take it a little easier but I do try to work all the muscle groups so they don't seize up on me. And working them actually will make it hurt less the next day.

I approve of your post too
Of course I did. DH and I went first hting in the morning. It is nice, our polling place is right across the street from our house. We were up late last nigh****ching results too. I definitely get more into the elections the older and wiser I get.

Well I did better yesterday than the day before, probably because I was not working from home. I never plan my menu in advance, I just never know what food is going to make me gaggy until I smell it.
Breakfast - 1 cup of cold cereal and 1% milk.
Snack - Small handful of peanuts, profect
Lunch - 1/4 cup of beans, 2 small ribs.
Snack - diet coke.
Dinner - 1/2 skinless chicken breast with peanut satay sauce, 2 tbsp. of kraft dinner, 1 tbsp of peas.
Snack - 1/2 ginger cookie.
Water - not good
Vitamins - all in
Exercise - cleaned my office, and did some sitting ab exercises, but that's all. Today is my last day at this job

When you get home from a particularly gruelling workout, soak in a warm bath with epsom salts. It really does work. For the rest of today though, just keep moving those muscles, so they don't seize up on you. I bet tonight when you are waiting tables, you will be on the move and will hurt less.
Epsom salts might still work for you if you soak tonight when you get home, but then when will you sleep?

Nancy you nut!!!!!
DH and I went to vote after work last night. We went to our usual place at the Jr high. Well that was not the right place. We ended up at the Ford dealership that is on the other side of the freeway from us. Not sure why so far away. But at least we found it. I was bad and ate some fresh mini donuts that they were giving away at the Jr. high voting place. They were warm and yummy. I have lost the 2lbs I gained over the weekend so it must have been water weight.

breakfast:
Mandrin orange pieces
3/4 piece whole grain toast with peanut butter
Decaf coffee
Lunch:
Chicken parmesan (1/2 serving)
couple bites of broccoli/carrots
Dinner:
Prtoin shake
Snack:
I don't know yet, something yummy as I know the protien shake won't cut it!

We are either going to my brothers wifes side of the family house or to my older DS girlfriends family house. We got invites to both. I will let ds decide. I am a everything in moderation kind of girl. If I do overindulge on Thanksgiving I think that is okay. The next day all that food will not be there. So I will just take an extra walk or ride on the treadmill and eat better the rest of the weekend.
